Another member of the team is John Crockett who started his career in 2014 with a local developer and landlord focusing on suburban office and flex industrial space. He spent the next six years leading the leasing program for BentallGreenOak with a third-party downtown office portfolio working alongside institutional landlords. “I met John when he first entered the industry and after completing my first transaction with him, I knew we would need to work together,” says Brennan Pearson. Also joining the ICI Properties team is Kaleigh Bergen, with over 14 years of extensive commercial real estate marketing and social media experience—which provides her with a deep understanding of the industry and her area of expertise.
